Bill Jarcho- Artist Statement
For almost 40 years, I have dabbled in a variety of related art forms. I am currently (or have been) a creator and performer of giant puppets and puppet shows, an animator and animation director, cartoonist, the director of The Conscious Cartoons International Animation Festival, and an artist making whimsical 2-D and 3-D paintings and sculptures.
