Time to apply for the 2025 Spring Tour!
As always, some things have changed, it is imperative that you READ THE ENTIRE APPLICATION FORM (linked below) AND THIS WEBPAGE carefully. PLEASE.

- TOUR APPLICATION: Two options to complete:
- Click on the link “TOUR APPLICATION” link above and enter all of the form fields on your computer, then print it (BEST OPTION)
- Or you can download and print the form and then fill it in by hand.
- Please select the “actual size” option when printing.
- This form has places for up to six additional artists for your location. If you have more than six additional artists, please download this form. It has spaces for seven additional artists. (Use as many of these additional forms as needed.)
IMPORTANT NOTES ON COMPLETING YOUR APPLICATION:
- GUIDE to setting up your images for print.
- UPLOAD your HIGH RES images for print to this dropbox. Follow the directions on the link AND the Print Images Guide above.
- SUBMIT your information for the Tour website on this form.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, February 28, 5 pm.: This is a hard deadline; no applications OR print images will be accepted after this date/time whether by mail OR hand delivered:
- HAND DELIVER your Application, Task Form, map, signed contract, payment and images (either saved to disk or flash drive or uploaded to drop box) by the deadline to: 10524 SW 188th St. DO NOT PUT IN THE STREET MAILBOX. The Application box is clearly marked in the middle of the front yard.
- MAIL (allow 7 days to be received by February 28) your application packet to: Lindsay Hart, 10524 SW 188th St, Vashon WA 98070
- MARCH 18: Deadline to submit your additional information and images for the website at https://vivartists.com/viva/events/tour-web-information/. Please try to fill out the form only one time.
- Sunday–Saturday, April 6-12, 10am -6pm: Pick up materials (brochures & signs) at Reimnitz Studio, 23514 Kingsbury Rd. The Studio building is the first one off the street, around the corner from the garage and will be unlocked. Your bag/signs will be clearly marked with your Tour stop number.
- Saturday & Sunday, May 3-4 & 10-11, 10 am to 4 pm: VIVA Spring Tour
- May 17-18: Return large sign, clips, wire stakes and number sign, DISASSEMBLED, to Lindsay Hart at the Outstanding In Its Field Gallery, 10524 SW 188th St. Anyone not returning their signage by that date will be charged for the signs ($170).
