HeadShot Usage* We will be posting headshots with the art. This is not required, but we encourage you to participate for heightened community and visitor connection. If you have had your photo displayed in a VCA show, we will use that photo again, with your permission.

I agree: a. to deliver art to Vashon Center for the Arts when requested in gallery/museum quality and ready to hang (2D) or display (3D); b. that the artwork is original and that I have the rights to go into this agreement for the display and selling of the artwork; c. that the artwork has not been shown at any public venue or gallery on Vashon. (Art shown during VIVA studio tour at a private studio (not gallery) is exempt from this restriction.); d. to hold harmless VIVA, its officers, volunteers and VCA for any loss or damage to paintings, frames or digital entries; e. that by entering the show, I have read and will abide by all rules outlined in this prospectus. I understand that: a. all 2D art must be wired for hanging. No screws or "O" rings on the back in place of wiring. (One exception: you can deliver Command Strips for hanging SMALL, light weight box art.); b. art not properly wired will not be hung; c. all reasonable care will be taken with paintings and submissions.

Please make the check payable to "VIVA" and note the name of the artist on the check. The check must be received by July 21th. Your entry is not complete until a check has been received.
