Join or Renew VIVA Membership

VIVA memberships are $25 per year.
Currently for Jan 1-Dec 31, 2026*

There are two ways you can join and pay for your membership: online using Paypal or by mail.

Via Paypal:
Fill out the form below, click the pay through PayPal button. You will then see a message that says your form has been submitted. You MUST then wait until you are redirected to Paypal to complete the transaction. (There could be a small delay before you are sent to PayPal)

Via Mail:
If you prefer to mail in your membership application, download and complete ONE of the forms below and mail it in with your check.

*NOTE: IF you should join after Nov 1, 2026, this membership will carry through December 31, 2027.
