Holidays are just around the Corner!

The 2026 VIVA Holiday Tour is Dec 5-6 & 12-13!

As always, some things have changed, it is imperative that you READ THE ENTIRE APPLICATION FORM (linked below) AND THIS WEBPAGE carefully. PLEASE.

The tour is limited to 40 stops, so don’t wait til the last minute to submit!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The space we have used for the Tour Center for the last four tours is no longer available, so it looks like we will not have a center for the Holidays.

APPLICATION & INFORMATION LINKS:
TOUR APPLICATION: There are two options for completing the form:

    1. Click on the “TOUR APPLICATION” link above and enter all of the form fields on your computer, then print it (BEST OPTION)
    2. Or you can download and print the form and then fill it in by hand.
  • Please select the “actual size” option when printing.
  • This form has places for up to six additional artists for your location. If you have more than six additional artists, please download this form. It has spaces for seven additional artists. (Use as many of these additional forms as needed.)
  • IMAGE GUIDE: For setting up your images for print.
  • IMAGE UPLOAD: Submit your HIGH RES images for print to this dropbox. Follow the directions on the link AND the Print Images Guide above.
  • WEBSITE CONTENT FORM: Submit your information for the Tour website here.

    APPLICATION DATELINE AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

    • COMPLETE all parts of the application packet including application form, task form, map, signed contract, and payment.
    • SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Sunday, September 27, 5 pm.: No applications OR print images will be accepted after this deadline. You can submit your application packet by mail OR you can hand deliver.
      1. HAND DELIVER your application packet to 10524 SW 188th St.
        • Please DO NOT put in the street mailbox, use the VIVA mailbox in the middle of the front yard.
        • If your print images are on a flash drive, please include them with this packet, HOWEVER the preferred method is via the IMAGE UPLOAD link above.
      2. MAIL (allow 7 days to be received by deadline) your application packet to: VIVA, c/o Lindsay Hart, 10524 SW 188th St, Vashon WA 98070

     
    OTHER IMPORTANT DATES:

    • WEBSITE CONTENT DEADLINE, October 19: Add your additional information and images on this form: Website Content Form.
    • BAG DAYS, November 4-11, Wednesday-Wednesday, 10 am-6 pm: Pick up materials (brochures & signs) at Reimnitz Studio, 23514 Kingsbury Rd. The Studio building is the first one off the street, around the corner from the garage and will be unlocked. Your bag/signs will be clearly marked with your Tour stop number.
    • HOLIDAY TOUR, December 5-6 & 12-13, Saturday & Sunday, 10 am-4 pm
    • RETURN SIGNAGE, December 15-20: Return large sign, clips, wire stakes and number sign, DISASSEMBLED, to Outstanding In Its Field Gallery, 10524 SW 188th St. Anyone not returning their signage by that date will be charged for the signs ($170).
