Welcome to the Spring 2020 Studio Tour!
To be on the tour you must submit your completed application, payment and two images by Monday, March 2, 2020 at 5 pm.Please review and follow the information on ALL the documents that are downloadable below, as these forms are revised every year.
One notable change this year, is that you have two application form options:
You can download the fillable form and then complete the form digitally on your computer. You must then save the form, print and mail or deliver it following the instructions on the form.
There is also a standard pdf provided if you would rather print the form and fill it in by hand.
Either way, you will need to manually mark the location of your studio on the map.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES & DATES
- Monday, March 2, 5 pm: Deadline for receipt of your application, payment and 2 TIFs on disk or flash drive. This is a hard deadline; no applications will be accepted after this date/time.
- Sunday–Saturday, April 5–11, 10 am – 6 pm: Pick up materials at the Reimnitz Studio.
- Saturday & Sunday, May 2–3 & 9–10, 10 am to 5 pm: VIVA Spring Art Studio Tour
- Tuesday, May 19: Return large sign, wire stakes and number sign
